Gloria Boye-Doku – Founder, Ennobled Foundation

Gloria Boye-Doku is a trailblazing leader, mentor, speaker, and advocate for women’s empowerment, whose journey is defined by resilience, purpose, and faith. She broke barriers in the corporate world, becoming the first female Senior Manager and later the first female Tax Partner within her firm—milestones achieved through unwavering integrity, excellence, and perseverance.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Gloria is deeply passionate about lifting others. This passion led to the birth of the Ennobled Foundation, an initiative dedicated to empowering young women through mentorship, education, leadership development, and strategic partnerships, including collaborations with institutions such as UPSA and ACCA.

As Vice Chairperson of the ACCA Network Panel in Ghana, Gloria actively champions gender equality and the advancement of women in leadership and professional spaces. Through her speaking, mentoring, and writing, she continues to inspire a new generation of leaders to rise with courage, purpose, and conviction.

She is not just building an organisation.

Founder's Message

The Ennobled Foundation was born not out of abundance, but out of experience.

I know what it means to walk into rooms where you are underestimated. I know what it means to be the only woman, the only voice, the only one who dares to believe that “more” is possible. I understand the silent battles, the doubts, the sacrifices, and the long nights of prayer that no one applauds because I have lived them.

Yet, I also know the power of resilience. I know the strength of faith. I know the life-changing impact of having just one person believe in you when you can barely believe in yourself. This is why the Ennobled Foundation exists.

We are here to awaken purpose, to nurture potential, to restore hope, and to empower young women and underserved individuals to rise beyond limitation. Through mentorship, education, leadership development, advocacy, and strategic partnerships, we are not just equipping people with skills — we are helping them rediscover their worth.

To be ennobled is to be lifted in spirit, sharpened in character, and strengthened in identity. Our mission is to remind individuals that their background does not define their future, and their struggles do not disqualify their purpose.

My journey has taught me that success is not measured only in titles achieved, but in lives transformed. And so, this Foundation is more than an initiative — it is a calling, a responsibility, and a legacy.
